Responding to Referrals and Tracking Your Submissions

Learn how to respond to referrals and track your submissions effectively.

Our referral system makes it easy to connect with clients whose needs match your expertise. You can review details, respond based on your availability, and track your submissions—all in one place.

1. Receive referral notifications

When a service coordinator creates a referral that matches your provider profile, you’ll receive an automated notification with high-level information and a link to respond. If you are selected to serve the client, you’ll also receive an email notification with next steps.

2. View active referrals

From the navigation bar, select Referrals to access all active opportunities that match your profile.

4. Track your submissions

Once submitted, your response will appear in your referrals dashboard with a badge indicating it has been recorded. The service coordinator will be notified of your submission.

5. Monitor referral status

When the service coordinator and family make a decision, they will update the referral status. If you’re selected, you’ll receive a notification to contact the service coordinator for next steps.
