Kelly Phares-Zook

As a pediatric occupational therapist—and a parent to young children, including two in the Early Intervention (EI) age range—I bring both clinical experience and real-life understanding to my work with families. I’ve supported children in schools, clinics, and homes through EI, and I deeply value working alongside families to set meaningful, practical goals and strategies that fit into everyday routines. I take a strengths-based, play-centered approach that empowers both children and caregivers. My goal is to help each child thrive while giving families the tools and confidence to support progress beyond our sessions.
