Kellie Babcock

Hi, I'm Kellie Babcock, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the EMME team! I’ve been an Occupational Therapist since 2005 and feel incredibly fortunate to truly love what I do. Over the years, I’ve gained a wide range of clinical experience, including 16 wonderful years at Children’s Hospital Colorado. There, I had the privilege of working alongside some incredible therapists on the Rehab Team, Sensory and Feeding Teams, Neuro Team, and most recently, the Hand/Ortho Team.

I took a deep dive into orthopedics and earned my Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential in 2022. What motivates me most in this work is the honor of being part of a team that helps kids smile, grow, and experience life to the fullest. Watching a child explore, learn, and achieve through meaningful activities is such a privilege. I truly believe that trust is earned, and I consider it one of the greatest privileges of my career to build that trust with children and their families.

A little about me: I’m an American "mutt"—a Coast Guard kid who finally found home in Colorado in 2005. My husband and I live in Golden, CO, where we’re raising our four amazing kids and running our own version of a family circus! When I’m not doing therapy, you’ll find me outdoors—running trails, skiing, biking, or floating down a river. Our life is full of youth sports and activities right now, but we never miss a chance to chase mountain adventures when we can.

At my core, I believe that life is a gift. I think some of the most meaningful moments we experience come from genuine connections with others and learning their stories. These moments shape who we are and leave lasting impacts on our lives.
