Stephanie Crosen

Stephanie first joined A Shared Vision in 2021 as an Early Intervention Teacher of the Visually Impaired. Since 2013, she has also served as a TVI and Orientation & Mobility Specialist for school districts.

After six years in Colorado, Stephanie and her husband, Derek, moved to Utah in search of lower elevation. There, she worked full-time in early intervention for Utah Schools for the Blind before returning to Virginia in 2025 to be closer to family with their two young sons. Though she misses the lifestyle of the West, she’s thrilled to keep a piece of it by rejoining the A Shared Vision team.

Stephanie enjoys working with students of all ages, but her greatest passion is early intervention. She loves guiding families through new medical diagnoses and helping them support their little ones in exploring and accessing the world around them.
